Facts :-
Heard today dated 07.02.2013. Appellant not present but has sent a fax message dated 1.2.2013 which is taken on record. DGQA is represented by Shri Arun Kumar, Director(CPIO) and Shri Sujeet Goswami, Deputy Director.
2. In para (a) of the RTI application, the appellant had sought a copy of the letter dated 7.5.2011 of Shri D.V. Chandregaoda, MP, alongwith its enclosures. In paras (b), (c) & (d), he had sought the names and designations of the officers who evolved the Rotational Transfer Policy in DGQA. In para (e), he had sought the date of the implementation of this rotation policy and so on.
3. During the hearing, Shri Goswami submits that the information requested for in para
(a) has already been supplied to the appellant. He also submits that he has no objection to provide information on para (e).
4. It, however, appears to me that the entire RTI application is directed against the framing of Rotational Transfer Policy and its implementation in DGQA. The appellant is not going to be satisfied by provisioning of piece-meal information. It would, therefore, be expedient go give inspection of the entire file relating to Rotational Transfer Policy to the appellant on a mutually convenient date and time and to permit him to take extracts there- from in next 06 weeks. Ordered accordingly.
