Section 10(1) in Coal Mines Provident Fund and Bonus Schemes Act, 1948
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Ins Official Gazette, appoint such persons as it thinks fit to be Inspectors for the purposes of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme or the Coal Mines Bonus Scheme and may define their jurisdiction.
