Section 64(1) in The M.P. Panchayat Nirvachan Niyam, 1995

(1)If a person representing himself to be a particular voter named in the voters' list applies for a ballot paper after another person has already voted as such voter, the applicant shall alter duly answering such questions as the Presiding Officer may ask, be entitled to receive a ballot paper, referred to herein after as a "tendered ballot paper" in the same manner as any other voter.
