CMP No.7080 of 2022 Mr. Romesh Verma, learned counsel for the applicants/ respondents informs the Court that when the case was admitted on 18.08.2021, an actual date was given for final consideration of the matter and as the matter could not be heard on the said date, it will be in the interest of justice in case a date is fixed for final consideration of the appeal.
Ordered accordingly.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of and the appeal is ordered to be listed for final consideration on 22.08.2022.
