8. Issue of duplicate licence.
- Where the licensing officer is satisfied that the licence book has been lost or destroyed or mutilated, he may issue a duplicate licence on payment of a fee of Rs. 50 per licence:Provided that when a licence is mutilated, the licensee shall surrender such mutilated licence book to the Licensing Officer.
