Learned counsel for the respondents submits that against the order /judgment passed by this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have filed a writ petition before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and the same is pending for adjudication.

During the pendency of the aforesaid, it is stated that she does not want to pursue this Contempt Petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the present CP is closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same by filing an appropriate misc. application, if so required. Notices are discharged.
