36ZE. Penalty for not payment property tax.
- When the person liable for payment of property tax fails to pay the amount of quarterly installment of such property tax as is shown in the comprehensive bill presented under sub-section (2) of section 36ZC, such sum, not exceeding fifteen per centum of the property tax, as may be determined by the Development Authority by the regulations, shall be recovered from him by way of penalty, in addition to the amount of the property tax.Chapter-VIII Property of Development Authority
