Section 13(1) in The Chhattisgarh High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2003
(1)The relative seniority of the employees of the establishment holding substantive or officiating post at the time of commencement of these Rules shall continue to be the same as it existed at the commencement of these Rules.
