Section 11(11) in The Regulations on the Handling of Freight Containers Containing Dangerous/ Hazardous Cargo at Paradip Port, 1986
11.2The import cargo documents must be endorsed with a Dangerous Goods stamp by the Operator or the person responsible for preparing the documents before the container is discharged.
