2 E/90111/2014 it has been mentioned that the applicants have filed the application before the competent authority for availing the benefit of Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019. Upon which the designated committed has determined nil amount of dues payable vide SVLDRS-3. It has been further stated in the said application that the discharge certificate can be issued to the applicant only on withdrawal of the present appeal and accordingly a prayer has been made in the Application to withdraw the Appeal.

2. I have gone through the Application and in view of the submissions made therein, the instant application is allowed and the Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
