Section 16(d) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
(d)in the case of a multi-State co-operative society engaged in production, processing and manufacturing, particulars relating to utilisation of materials or labour or other items of costs as may be specified by the Central Registrar.
