Section 123(1) in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(1)There shall be placed to the credit of the Municipal Fund in the Commercial Projects Account-(a)the receipts on account of the commercial projects of the Corporation; and(b)such sum as may be transferred in each year by the Corporation from the General Account.
