Section 6(1) in Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Adhiniyam, 2004
(1)The Jurisdiction of the University shall extend to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh. In future the jurisdiction may extend beyond the State of Chhattisgarh, provided that the prior permission is accorded by the concerned Governments.
