43.
A requisition for attendance at a private residence shall be complied with as early as possible. If compliance would interfere with the regular business of the office or involve the closing of the office and if the case does not fall under the proviso to Section 31, a Commission should, if practicable, be issued. All cases of office partially or wholly on a working day in consequence of a private attendance shall be reported to the Registrar with full statement of facts necessitating such a course.
