                                   JUDGMENT

This is the second Writ Petition at the instance of the petitioner challenging the proceedings initiated against the petitioner under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act. The earlier Writ Petition filed by the petitioner as WP(c) No.36294/24 was disposed of on 02.12.2024 permitting the petitioner to pay off the then overdue amount of Rs.3,93,490/- in four equated monthly installments. The petitioner has not paid any amount pursuant to the directions contained in Ext.P1 judgment. The petitioner cannot maintain successive Writ Petitions on the same cause of action.

This Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed.
