(26)The names of any Upper Yardmen who are withdraw from the course at any time owing to sickness shall be reported to the Chief of the Naval Staff who shall decide whether they are to be allowed to continue in the next course.[SECTION VIII - A - Honorary Commissions in the Special Duties List to the Servig Master Chief Petty Officers Class I and II.
