Section 1 in Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code) Regulations 2005
1. Short Title, Commencement and Interpretation.
- 1.1 These Regulations may be called the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code) Regulations 2005.1.2These Regulations shall be applicable to all Distribution Licensees in their respective licensed areas, in the State of Jharkhand.1.3These Regulations shall come into force after expiry of 3 months from the date of its publication in the Jharkhand State Gazette.
