Section 39(3) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(3)The procedure for the selection of non teaching staff of the University shall be through Public Service Commission and unless otherwise provided for in this Act , be such as may be prescribed.
