Section 81 in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976
81. Accessibility of vessels to port and police officials.
- Vessels in port shall allow free access to the port and police officials for inspection purposes in regard to fires and lights whenever demanded and no person shall display the orders of any police officer or watchman for extinguishing any fire or light used in contravention of these rules.
