Section 42(2) in The Pepsu Court of Wards Act, 2008
(2)Every such manager shall be deemed to be a public accountant within the meaning of the law relating to Public Accountants in force for the time being in the State and every such guardian shall be deemed to be a public accountant within the meaning of the said law.
