Section 55 in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations
55.
(1)The quorum for a committee of the whole Council shall be the same as that provided for meetings of the Council.(2)The quorum for a committee appointed by the Council shall be determined at the time of the appointment of the committee and shall not be less than a majority of the members appointed.
