Section 36 in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011
36. Provident Fund and Pension.
- The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident fund or pension fund and provide such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
