Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Fishermen and Labourers Engaged in Fishing and Other Allied Activities (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2007
(1)There shall be a Fund constituted in the name and style as Tamil Nadu Fishermen and Labourers engaged in fishing and other Allied Activities (Social Security and Welfare) Fund under a scheme and all monies received from the sources as specified in sub-section (3) shall be credited to such fund.
