Section 37(1) in The Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012
(1)Subject to provisions of sub-regulation (2), a recognised stock exchange shall avail the service of a recognised clearing corporation pursuant to an agreement in writing between them stipulating their rights and obligations, the conditions for admission of securities for clearing and settlement, risk management measures, charges for clearing and settlement and other incidental and consequential matters.
