10. Authentication of orders and other instruments of the Nigam.
(1)All proceedings of the Nigam shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman and all orders and other instruments of the Nigam shall be authenticated by the signature of the Managing Director or such other officer of the Nigam as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.(2)The Nigam may invite any person to attend a meeting of the Nigam for the purpose of assisting or advising it on any matter, and the person so invited may take part in any proceedings of the Nigam but shall have no right to vote.
