Section 4(iii) in The U.P. Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(iii)Non-official members of the Board, who are not resident of the place at which the meeting of the Board is held shall be paid an allowance of Rs.50 per day inclusive of daily allowance for each day of the actual meeting and also travelling allowance at such rate is admissible to the Member-Secretary of the Board :
