Section 39 in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968
39. Address of societies.
- Every co-operative society shall have an address registered in accordance with the rules to which all notices and communications may be sent and shall send notice in writing to the Registrar of any change in address within thirty days of such change.
