12. [Representation through counsel [Inserted by G.S.R. 188 vide Notification No.F. 10(4)/Home/Gr. V/74, dated 4.3.1977(Published in Rajasthan Gazetted, Part 4-C, dated 7.3.1977, page 940).]
The person making a representation under Section 5 of the Act shall have no right to be represented through the counsel but the District Magistrate in his discretion may entertain any representation through counsel or through any member of his family.
