FACTS:

2. Appellant   by   his   RTI   application   had   sought   for   copy   of  correspondence/notings/drafting etc done before selection of Ms. Amita Shaw for the post of  director Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture (Mauritius), copy of the offer letter/appointment  letter/deputation order given by ICCR at the appointment of Miss Amita Shaw as Director,  Indira  Gandhi  Centre  for  Indian Culture  etc. PIO replied on 05.03.2013. Being unsatisfied,  appellant filed First Appeal. FAA disposed of the appeal requesting the applicant to approach  FAA in NBB for this purpose. This ministry has provided all available documents relating to  disciplinary proceedings and relevant notings vide letter dated 22.02.2013. Being unsatisfied,  appellant approached the Commission.

Decision :

3. The CPIO stated that the appellant was dismissed on disciplinary grounds in 2006  since then she is harassing the public authority with multiple RTI applications. However, the  CPIO furnished information available with them. Some of the information could not be given  because inquiry was going against two officers about whom information was sought. Hence  closed.
