% 08.01.2019 I.A. 153/2019 & O.M.P. 693/2013 This is an application under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Learned Additional Solicitor General submits that vide order dated 14th March, 2018, the impugned award was stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, till the final disposal of the matter. The judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court has now been rendered and it has been held that the Section 34 petition before this Court is maintainable.

Accordingly, the matter was listed for hearing today. However, the learned ASG is in difficulty, as she submits that there is another part heard matter before a Division Bench of this Court. She requests for a short accommodation.

Notice is issued in the application and accepted by Mr. Rishi Agarwal, Advocate. Let a reply to the application be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed before the next date. It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the Respondent that none of the execution petitions filed by them seeking enforcement/execution of the award impugned in the present petition, are listed in the next one month. Thus, the matter is fixed for hearing 27th February, 2019.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted in this matter.
