Section 21(1) in Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986
(1)In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Commissionerate shall be guided by such directions on questions of policy relating to State purposes or in case of any emergency as may be given to it by the Government.
