Section 3(2) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(2)The Advisory Board shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)a Chairman who shall be the Chief Minister of the State;(b)Hon'ble Mr. Justice P.N. Bhagwati, Judge, Supreme Court of India;(c)Chief Justice, Rajasthan High Court;(d)Law Minister of the State;(e)The Executive Chairman of the Rajasthan Legal Aid Board.
