Section 1 in Swami Rama Himalayan University Act, 2012
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Swami Rama Himalayan University] [Substituted In section 2 of Uttrakhand Act, No. 30 of 2013.] Act, 2012.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date, the Notification is issued by the State Government.
