HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE G.R. MOOLCHANDANI Order 08/02/2017 This petition for writ is before us to examine correctness of the order dated 06.03.2009 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jodhpur, disposing of an original application directing the appellant-Indian Council of Agricultural Research to take an expeditious decision regarding feasibility of regularization of the original applicant. The order was presented on 08.05.2014 i.e. after a lapse of more than five years. No reason is given in entire petition for writ to cause such a huge delay in filing the petition.
On merits too, we find that the direction given by the Tribunal is only to examine feasibility to regularise the original applicant for service, as such, we do not find any just reason to interfere with the order impugned.
The writ petition is dismissed.
