(1)The Bihar Jail Service Rule, 1953 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of the power conferred under these Rules shall deemed to be done or taken under these Rules as if these rules were in operation on the day when such thing was done, or such action was taken.Annexure-'A'
