37. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the Authority or the Chairperson or any Member or any officer, or other employees of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rule or: regulation made thereunder.
