Section 5(1) in Coal Blocks Allocation Rules, 2017
(1)In respect of coal blocks, for which the Central Government has specified auction under clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 3, the Central Government shall prepare a document for the auction process, that is, the tender document.
