Section 32(3)(ii) in The M.P. General Provident Fund Rules, 1955

(ii)the Head of Office/Department shall forward the application to the Accounts Officer indicating the advances which are still current and the number of instalments yet to be recovered in respect of each advance and also indicate the withdrawals, if any, taken by the subscriber;
