Section 337 in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
337. Delivery of the closed will.
- Once the will is approved and closed in a cover, it shall be delivered to the testator and the Special Notary shall enter in his book a note recording the place where, and the day, month and year, when the will was approved and delivered.
