Section 3 in The U.P. Power Threshers (Quality Control) Order, 1983
3. Prohibition against manufacture and sale of certain power threshers.
- No person shall himself or through any person acting on his behalf, manufacture, store for sale, sell or distribute any power thresher which is not of specified standards.
