650. A Magistrate who is Superintendent not to hold an inquest.
- A Magistrate who is also the Superintendent of the jail or acting as a temporary arrangement for the Superintendent shall not hold an inquest into the cause of death of any prisoner dying in the jail of which he has charge at the time, unless there be no other duly authorised Magistrate available for the duty.
