Section 73(v) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(v)When a tenant stops cultivating the land of his Khata or stops getting it cultivated by some other cultivator & leaves the neighbourhood without making any arrangements for the payment of rent payable by him and does not give notice of it to the Tehsildar in writing, (vide section 60 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955), the Patwari shall enter the word 'Mafrur in red ink after the name of such tenant with the harvest and the year of abandonment.
