Section 7(1) in Punjab Common Infrastructure (Regulation and Maintenance) Act, 2012
(1)The affairs of the Special Purpose Vehicle and the management and maintenance of property in an Industrial Area and the common infrastructure shall be governed by the provisions of the Bye-laws made by the Special Purpose Vehicle.
