Section 1 in The Allahabad Development Authority (Form of Register of Application For Permission) Regulations, 1983
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Allahabad Development Authority (Form of Register of Application for Permission) Regulations, 1983.(2)They shall be applicable to the Allahabad Development Area.(3)They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Gazete.
