Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to bring on record the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in the matter of Swiss Ribbons Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Others (WPC No.99/2018) which deals with challenge to the constitutional validity of some of the provisions of the IBC Code.
List the matter on 8 th April, 2019 with an understanding between the parties that if the hearing is not concluded on 8th April, it will be taken up on 9 th and 10th April also.
