Section 2(10)(g) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992

(g)"Mercantile building" refers to a building or part of a building which is used for the purpose of a shop, store, market display and sale of merchandise either in wholesale or retail, or office, storage or service facilities incidental to the sale of merchandise and includes Cinema Hall, Petrol Pump, Hotel, Restaurant, Nursing Home, Lodge-cum-Guest House, Dharma Kanta, etc.
