Section 16(1) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Rules, 1972
(1)An account shall be opened in the State Bank of India in the name of the council and all moneys of the council shall, subject of sub-rule (2), be deposited in that Bank.
