Section 11(1) in The Maharashtra Tax on the Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2002
(1)If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, make such provisions or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removal of the doubt or difficulty:Provided that, no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
