35. Determination of annual value of any land or building not within a municipal area. -
The annual value under clause (b) of subsection (1) of section 34 shall be determined by the General Manager or such other officer or officers authorised by him in this behalf, in such manner as may be prescribed. Such determination of annual value shall be final subject to appeal as hereinafter provided.
