Section 2(b) in Chandigarh Advertisement Control Order, 1954
(b)any word, letter, model, sign, device or representation as aforesaid relating exclusively to the business of railway company, and placed wholly upon or over any railway, railway station yard, platform and station approach belonging to a railway company; and
